Sea Oats
This is a beautiful, four bedroom home on the island of Elbow Cay in the Bahamas. This beachfront rental is built in a traditional Colonial style. It is the perfect setting for a relaxing beach holiday or adventure-filled exploration of the Abaco Islands.
The Old Dutch House
Set in the picturesque coastal community of Sandwich, UK, The Old Dutch House is a Grade II listed property dating back to the 1600s.
This four bedroom home has been exquisitely refurbished and is a perfect base for exploring Kent and, in particular, playing golf at the nearby Royal St George’s and Prince’s Golf Clubs.
Chalet des Cloches
A sympathetically converted traditional farmhouse in the Haute-Savoie region of France, Chalet des Cloches is a wonderful base for snowsports in the winter and hiking or cycling in the summer.
Please note that Chalet des Cloches is being refurbished and is not currently available for rental.
Company details
Jemson Investments is owned by the Boniface family from the United Kingdom. We set up the business, originally called “Jemson Luxury Homes” in 2020, as a management company for our holiday homes.
The first home we rented out was Sea Oats, our fabulous Bahamian property which we constructed in 2018. Since then, we have bought and refurbished The Dutch House in Sandwich. We are currently renovating our French chalet, Chalet des Cloches.
In 2025 our son, James, started his own property refurbishment and management company, Jemson Property Services, putting to good use the skills he’s learnt while working on our homes. James specialises in restoring holiday rentals and heritage homes.
We still love to holiday in our properties with our four children, even though they’re not really children anymore! And it’s our pleasure to share our homes with so many other guests.
